Dear Dr. Van Waters I hope this letter finds you in the best of health. I have been feeling a little better this past week.

I received a letter from Mr. Flaschner today. I was surprised & glad when I open it an read it. He told me he would come to visit me if I would write and request for him to do so. I will do so as soon as I complete this letter to you.

It seems so hard to belive that people did exist who try to help others. I say this because I can see things that I heard of but never before was able to see. I talked to Father Foley again Saturday, he just came back from a weeks vacaction Bermuda. I am going to look into everything deeper than I ever have done before. You said something in your last letter that

made me start seeking a better understanding of myself as well as the church.

I havent heard from my family since I wrote to you last, so I couldnt help wondering if you have heard from her. I expect, weather permitting, I may have a visit from them this weekend or next weekend.

I could say a thousand words of thanks but, I dont think I could really say what I feel inside. In some way I will show you that I am sincere & very greatful for everything you have done.

God Bless You

Love Always Richard Gingras

Dear Dr. Van Waters

I am enclosing herein a copy of my letter of even date to Richard Gingras. I have not previously handled this type of matter, but I will be happy to see this young man and be of whatever service I may.

Warmest personal regards. We frequently speak of visiting with you. It is a virtual sin to do this without committing the deed. We will be down one day soon.

Sincerely

Frankline N. Flaschner
