ASS'T CHIEF

Telephone No. 26

Fort Worth Fire Department

OFFICE AT
HEADQUARTERS STATION

Fort Worth, Texas, __________________ 190 ______

(2)

At present we answer all of the territory north of the T & P
tracks, and east and west to the City limits with our truck, so you see
that there are times that the business district is left practically
unprotected for the time being.

By carrying out my recommendation and placing another truck in
Central Station, with the addition of two men, the business district will
never be without the most valuable piece of apparatus in the department.

Gentlemen;-

I trust you will give this matter your earnest attention, and
carry the same into affect as soon as possible.

Respectfully Submitted,
W. E. Bideker
Chief Fire Dep't.
