Gentlemen:-
Attached hereto please find certificate from Sanguinet and Staats Architects, approving the work done by Mr. S. A. Tomlinson on the 7th. Ward Fire Hall. And as everything is satisfactory to Chf. Biddeker and myself, respectfully recommend that the work be accepted and that the City Secretary be authorised to to issue notes in payment for same to the amount of $ 4300.00 as per contract. I would also respectfully recommend that the bill of $ 81.05 for extra excavation and masonry work as per attached statement be allowed.
