Another thing I woudl like to call your attention to and that is our water supply & fire protection. We have at present a 2"inch pipe running from Magnolia St connection, north up Washington for One and a half blocks and the present fire hydrant is something like 2 block distance.
In case of fire the only thing we could do would eb to stand by & see our homes go up in smoke, while the City Fathers would still be putting the blame on the other fellow for our not having the necessary fire protection.
Hoping Gentlemen, that I have not written this to be thrown into the waste basket but there will be something doing for our St.
