Mr. W.E. Bideker, Chief Fire Department, Fort Worth, Texas.
Dear Sir,
Concerning Fire Hall in Third Ward on Fifteenth Str. between Rusk and Calhoun Strs.,
Present lease expires Aug. 1st next. A good brick addition to the Mohauk Hotel adjoining will be so valuable as to make a consideration of releasing worthless. We contemplate such an addition just as soon as possible so as to be ready by Fall. Realizing that this change will call for some preparation on your part, am taking the matter up with you in full time. You are interested in any improvement to the city regardless of how small and we feel that you will assist all possible in giving us possession promptly.
We have contracts pending and will thank you to refer this matter to the proper authorities
