Gentlemen;-

Referring to the attached application of W.J. Baily for a fire connection for the Theatre on Jennings Ave, beg to say that the cost of the said four inch connection from the city main to the sidewalk, connecting on Thirteenth and Jennings ave, is $501.27

If said connection is granted the water department should receive a minimum charge of not less than $50.0025.00 per year for the said fire protection, and no connection should be allowed made to the fire service line.

If the service is allowed as we have mapped out I can see no serious objection to it.
