Gentlemen:

In the matter of improving conditions at the corner of Vine and North Sts. beg leave to report:

That a proper culvert, at this place, would be about 150 ft. in length and would cost, with earth filling necessary to make a good job, about $7.00 per foot, making a total of $1,050.00

We, Your Committee, That the City Engineer be instructed to examine the conditions of North Street at the Corner of Vine & report fully on same & also the probable cost of putting same in a proper & safe condition.
