BE IT RESOLVED:

That Mayor, the Chairman of Sewer Committee, and City Engineer be ^ sewer com and are hereby constituted a special Committee to take charge of the financing and construction of the projected sewer system for the unsewered parts of the Fifth, sixth, Seventh and Eighth Wards.
