Method of preserving Butter. 2 Parts of common salt 1 Part of fine sugar 1 Part of salt herbs [Becut] them well together and take one Ounce of the [comhajition] for every sixteen Ounce of Butter work it well and [lose] it [uh] letting it stand a Month before it be [ohirsed] for Use.
