Plans.
The Secretary reported that he had discharged the duty with which he was charged at the last meeting as to pro curing a Port Folio for plans.
Fee for inserting Plans.
Voted That the Secretary be authorized to charge Proprietors who may see fit to have plans made and introduced into the Port Folio, ordered at the last meeting, one dollar for each Plan so made and introduc ed in full for his services in the matter.
Fees for interments
The subject of fees for interments &c. was referred to the Committee on Lots.
The subject of Mr E.P. Clark's lot and location was committed to Mr C.P. Curtis and the Treasurer.
Voted. That C.E. Trott may be permitted to select a lot in place of the one in front of the Chapel now belonging to him, which lot shall be fitted up by this Corporation like the one he at present owns, and a deed thereof shall be delivered to him by the Treasurer on his giving a deed of his present lot to this Corporation.
Voted. That the Superintendent lay out a lot of land one hundred feet wide on Fir Avenue, between Crocus and Mistletoe Paths and extending Westerly to the fence, to be appropriated to the purposes of a public lot.

Lot 473 as to the perpetual repair
A letter from Geo. H Kuhn on behalf of the proprietor of lot no 473 . . was referred to the Committee on Lots with full powers to contract for keeping the same in perpetual repair.
Lots under the care of Corporation
Voted. That the Treasurer keep the Superintendent constantly informed as to all lots which this Corporation have agreed or shall agree to keep in order - and that the list so furnished, state the sums paid as consideration for such agreement.
Removal of bodies from the Receiving Tombs
Voted. That the Secretary be requested to procure an accurate account of all bodies deposited in the receiving tomb either under Park Street Church or that within the grounds at Mount Auburn and notify all persons who have made such deposits which have been suffered to remain there beyond the specified time that they must be removed within fifty days from this .
Plans of alterations
Ordered. That the Surveyor make one or more plans as may be necessary to shew any changes in the following locations vis: in and about the new public lot: of Almond and Verbana Paths: of Verbena Path: of any lots, paths, or avenues in and about the present site of the Chapel: of lot number
Lots 104, 1279 - 1280. Lot 1173
104 on Central Avenue in connection with lots 1279 & 1280: also of lot 1173 on Fir Avenue: and that such plans having been duly certified be inserted in the Book of Proprietors Plans.
Voted. That the Surveyor may make the large plan of the grounds exhibit lots 903 & 904 conformably to their present location.
The subject of the locations of lots 1311 and 1373 was connection with lot 56 was referred to the Committee on Lots with full powers. Attest. Henry M. Parker Secretary

Tremont House Lot.
Voted That the Secretary be directed to address to the Proprietors of the Tremont House a letter requesting them to remove or else so to reset and trim the hedge around their lot that the same may not be as now "an offensive, and improper object". also. Voted. That if the same shall not be properly ordered within fifty days from this date that the Committee on lots be instructed to take such measures as they shall see fit, with full power and authority to remove the said hedge as "detrimental to the adjacent lots and avenues" and "inconvenient to passengers."
Sale of certain lots restricted.
Voted. That no lots shall be sold on the new avenue in the rear of the Chapel until the farther order of this Board.
Voted. That the new lot on Fir Avenue appropriated by a vote of the Board on the to single interments be named and hereafter known as "Saint John's Lot."
Voted. That the lot on Cypress Avenue hitherto used and appropriated for single interments be named and hereafter known as "Saint James' Lot."

Pursuant to notice issued in usual form, the Trustees met at the office of C.P. Curtis Esqr. Boston at . Messrs Bigelow, Crockett, Dixwell Gould, Parker and Read were present Mr Howe was also in attendance.
