Tremont House Lot.

Voted That the Secretary be directed to address to the Proprietors
of the Tremont House a letter requesting them to remove or else
so to reset and trim the hedge around their lot that the same
may not be as now "an offensive, and improper object".
also. Voted. That if the same shall not be properly or-
dered within fifty days from this date that the Committee
on lots be instructed to take such measures as they shall
see fit, with full power and authority to remove the
said hedge as "detrimental to the adjacent lots and ave-
nues" and "inconvenient to passengers."

Sale of certain lots restricted.

Voted. That no lots shall be sold on the new ave-
nue in the rear of the Chapel until the farther order
of this Board.

St. John's Lot.

Voted. That the new lot on Fir Avenue appropriated
by a vote of the Board on the to single interments be named and hereafter
known as "Saint John's Lot."

St. James' Lot.

Voted. That the lot on Cypress Avenue hitherto used
and appropriated for single interments be named and
hereafter known as "Saint James' Lot."

Adjourned. A true record. Attest
