Monthly Schedule of Sales of Lots appd acc. & placed on file.

and approved by the Committee on Lots, to ,
having been submitted by the Secretary in compliance with
the By=Laws, it was

Voted, – that the said statement be accepted and placed
on file.

Cont. for Perpet. Rep. with G. of Lots Nos 949 2613 et cet.

The Secretary having stated that the Committee on
Lots had recommended the Trustees to guaranty the perpetual
repair of Lot numbered 949 on Fir Avenue, belonging to Mary
Bond
, (Mrs Richard), of Cambridge, for the sum of Five
hundred dollars; of Lot numbered 2613 on Bellwort Path
of the late Prentiss Hobbs, deceased, for the sum of Four
hundred and fifty dollars; and of Lots 3178, 3179, & 3180 on
Lime Avenue in the name of Cyrus T. Clark & David A. Clark
instead of in the name of Cyrus T. Clark alone, as originally
concurred in ; – it was

Voted, – that the above named contracts be severally concurred
in on the part of this Board.

Upon the petitions of the parties in interest, repre-
sentatives were designated for Lots as follows; viz;
