Hanover Centre N.H. The association met in response to forgoing notice and was called to order by the President William L. Barnes and on motion proceeded to ballot for a member of the board of Commissioners for the ensuing three years with the following result. Whole No. of votes cast 8 Necessary for a choice 5 J. R. Runnals had 1 J. W. Ferson " 2 W. G. Hurlbutt " 5 and was declared elected, but refused to serve. On motion proceeded to a 2nd ballot Whole No. of votes cast 8 Necessary for a choice 5 Herbert W. Barnes had 1 J. Walter Ferson " 3 John R. Runnals " 4 No Choice

RECTO 45 3rd Ballot Whole No. of votes Cast 9 Necessary for a choice 5 J. Walter Ferson had 3 John R. Runnals " 6 and was declared elected. On motion proceeded to ballot for President Whole No. of votes cast 8 Necessary for a choice 5 William L. Barnes had 8 and was declared elected, but refused to serve, and a second ballot was taken with the following result. Whole No. of votes cast 7 Necessary for a choice 4 John R. Runnals had 1 Herbert W. Barnes " 2 Willard G. Hurlbutt " 4 and was declared elected but refused to serve a third ballot was taken without a choice, and a fourth ballot was taken.

VERSO 52 To the members of the Hanover Center Cemetery Association; You are hereby notified to meet at the Vestry of the First Congregational Society at Hanover Center, on Tuesday September 30th, 1902 at seven o'clock p.M. to act upon the following subjects, Viz., 1st, To choose a member of the board of Commissioners for the ensuing ^three years. 2nd, To choose a President, a Vice President a Clerk, and a Treasurer for the ensuing year. 3rd, To hear the reports of the Commissioners and Treasurer and act thereon. 4th, To transact any other business that may come before the Association. RECTO 53 Hanover Center N.H. The association met agreeably to the foregoing notice and were called to order by the President Herbert W. Barnes and proceeded to act upon the articles in notice. First Voted for a member of the board of Commissioners with the following result. Whole No. of Votes Cast 7 Necessary for a Choice 4 Asa W. Fellows had 7 votes and was declared elected. On motion voted for President. Whole No. of Votes cast 8 Necessary for a Choice 5 Herbert W. Barnes had 8 votes and was declared elected. On motion voted for Vice Pres. Whole No. of votes cast 7 Necessary for a Choice 4 J. Walter Ferson had 5 W. G. Hurlbutt " 1 J. R. Runnals " 1 and J. Walter Ferson was declared elected.
