The association met in response to
forgoing notice and was called to
order by the President William L. Barnes
and on motion proceeded to ballot
for a member of the board of Com-
missioners for the ensuing three years
with the following result.

Necessary for a choice 5
J. R. Runnals had 1
J. W. Ferson " 2
W. G. Hurlbutt " 5
and was declared elected, but
refused to serve.
On motion proceeded to a 2^nd ballot
