You are hereby notified to meet at the vestry by the First Congrega - tional Society at Hanover Centre on Friday Sept. 30^th1898 at seven o'clock P.M. to act upon the following subjects. Viz. 1^stTo choose a member of the board of Commissioners for the ensuring three years 2^ndTo hear the report of the board of Commmissioners and pass any vote in relation thereto 3^rdTo transact any business that shall properly come before the association W^mL. VERSO Proceeded to ballot for Vice President Whole No. of votes 9 Necessary for choice 5 Willard G. Hurlbutt 1 John R. Rummals 8 and was declared elected. Proceeded to ballot for Clerk Whole No. of votes 10 Necessary for choice 6 William L. Barnes 1 Asa W. Fellows 9 and was declared elected and being present took the oath of office. Proceeded to ballot for Treasurer Whole No. of votes 10 Necessary for a Choice 6 Herbert W. Barnes had 10 and was declared elected.

RECTO On motion voted the commissioners make rules regulating the grading of the lots in the cemetery recently laid out by them. Voted to adjourn A true record Asa W. Fellows Clerk.

Proceeded to ballot for Vice President Whole No. of votes cast 8 Necessary for a choice 5 Asa W. Fellows had 1 Willard G. Hurlbutt " 2 J. Walter Ferson " 6 and was declared elected. On motion voted for clerk. Whole No. of votes cast 7 Necessary for a choice 4 Asa W. Fellows had 7 and was delcared elected, and in open meeting took the oath of office as required by law.

RECTO 47 On motion proceeded to ballot for a Treasurer. Whole No. of votes cast 8 Necessary for a choice 5 J. Walter Ferson had 1 William L. Barnes " 1 Herbert W. Barnes " 1 Eva M.
