To the members of the Hanover Centre
Cemetery Association:
You are hereby notified to meet at
the Vestry of the First Congregational
Society at Hanover Centre on Monday
the 20^th day of Sept. 1901 at seven
o'clock P.M. to act upon the following
subjects: Viz.
1^st To choose a member of the board of Com-
missioners for the ensuing three years.
2^nd To choose a President, Vice President, Clerk,
and Treasurer for the ensuing year
3^rd, To hear the reports of hte Commissioners
and Treasurer and act thereon.
4^th, To transact any other business that may
come before the Association.

The association met and was called to
order by the President Herbert W. Barnes.
On motion proceeded to ballot for a
Member of the board of Commissioners.
After four unsuccessful ballots a fifth
ballot resulted as follows

Henry L. Barnes had 1
William L. Barnes " 3
Herbert W. Barnes " 6
And was declared elected.
Voted for President as follows.
