funds of the Association $7575.10. The new graded lots sold this year amounted to $257.50 & balance on lots for last year of $75.99 gives a total of $333.49. Expenses on lots were $176.33, leaving a profit on the graded lots of $157.16. The Auditor reported the Treasurer's account to be correct with securities and cash as reported.
Voted to accept the Treasurer's report. The Superintendent reported the number of new lots sold to be seven, and the new lots graded and unsold to be ten.
He reported also the need of a tile underdrain in the NorthWestern ravine to carry off the surface water which has been largly increased in recent years by the erection of College buildings. No action was taken in the matter beyond the suggestion that the College and Precinct ought to assist in defraying the expence of such a drain. Voted to accept the Superintendent's report.
Voted that the superintendent post some notices forbiding the use of the Cemetery as a playground for children.
Voted to accept $50- from the administrator of the estate of Hubbard T. Carter for

for the purpose of putting flowers upon the grave of said Carter.
