Hanover, N.H. Apr. 11, 1921.
The annual meeting of the Dartmouth Cemetery Association was held Monday, Apr. 11, 1921, at 3:00 P.M. at the Dartmouth Savings Bank Association Building. There were present N. A. Frost, C. P. Chase, G. D. Frost, A. D. Storrs, H. M. Tibbets,
Voted that Howard M. Tibbetts act as secretary pro tem.
The records of the prevous meeting were read and accepted approved.
The reports of the Superintendent, Treasurer, and Auditors were heard, and it was Voted to accept these reports and place them on file.
On motion of Mr. Chase it was Voted that the secretary cast one ballot for the following directors, who were declared elected:
Newton A. Frost Gilman D. Frost Charles P. Chase Adna D. Storrs Howard M. Tibbetts
On motion of Mr. Chase it was Voted that the secretary cast one ballot for the following officers for 1921-1922, who

Discussion was held concerning request of Mr. Hulbert for four lots in southwest corner of the cemetery. It was the informal opinion of the meeting that the Association is not prepared to sell so many lots to one person.
On motion of Gilman D. Frost, it was Voted that the Superintendent be empowered to proceed to the grading and dividing into lots of the land given by Morris Smith.
Voted to adjourn.
