According to notice duly given the Annual meeting of the Dartmouth Cemetery Association was held at 4 P.M. this day in Precinct Hall. The meeting was called to order by the President. The reports of the Sec'y and Tr. were read and approved. Voted that the Sec'y and Dr. Frost be authorized to purchase land of John O'Gara West of the Cemetery for an addition to the same if in their judgement the purchase could be made advantagously.

Voted to grant the request of the WestEnd Sewage Co to lay a sewer through the Cemetery the location of the sewer to be under the control of the Supt.

The report of the Tr was read and adopted as read. In the absence of Dr. C. P. Frost the sec'y reported the failure of negotiations to purchase land of John O'Gara for the extension of the Cemetery. Voted to authorize the Tr. to issue a circular asking for contributions from absentees for the care of their lots.
