To the members of the Hanover Center Cemetery Association; You are hereby notified to meet at the Vestry of the First Congregational Society at Hanover Center on Thursday Sept. 24, A.D. at seven-thirty o'clock P.M. to act upon the following subjects; 1st To choose a member of the board of Commissioners for the ensuing years; 2nd To choose all other necessary officers for the ensuing year; 3rd To hear the reports of the commissioners and the treasurer and act thereon; 4th To transact any other necessary business. Hanover Center N.H. At the annual meeting a failure was made to elect the necessary officers, leaving vacancies which were filled by the commissions agreeably to the provisions of the constitution.

Whereas vacancies exist in the offices of Commissioner, Clerk, and Treasurer, of the Hanover Centre Cemetery Association, we do by theauthority vested in us by the By Laws of said association, appoint Asa W.
