The offices of said Association shall be a Preident, Vice President, Clerk, Treasuere, and a Board of threee commissioners whose powers and duties shall be specified in the By Laws of said Association.

Fourth

The first meeting of the Association for the choice of Officers, adopting By Laws, and completing the organization, shall be held at the vestry of the First-Congregational Church Wednesday Sept, 15^th 1897 at 7-30. P.M.

33 A meeting of the Hanover Centre Cemetery Association was holden at the vestry of the First-Congregational Society

To the members of the Hanover Centre Cemetery Association.

You are hereby notified to meet at the vestry of the First-Congregational Society at Hanover Centre N.H. on Friday the fifth day of August next at half past seven oclock P.M. to act upon the following subjects Viz.

1^st. To see what instructions the association will give their Commissioners in regard to improvements of the Cemetery.

2^nd To see if the association will vote to amend the By Laws of the association in such manner that the Commissioners shall be authorized to call a special meeting at any time when they shall (over)

VERSO 46 with the following result. Whole No. of votes cast 7 Necessary for a choice 4 J. Walter Ferson had 1 John R. Runnals " 1 Herbert W. Barnes " 5 and was declared elected. Proceeded to ballot for Vice President Whole No. of votes cast 8 Necessary for a choice 5 Asa W. Fellows had 1 Willard G. Hurlbutt " 2 J. Walter Ferson " 6 and was declared elected. On motion voted for clerk. Whole No. of votes cast 7 Necessary for a choice 4 Asa W. Fellows had 7 and was delcared elected, and in open meeting took the oath of office as required by law.
