The offices of said Association shall
be a Preident, Vice President, Clerk,
Treasuere, and a Board of threee com-
missioners whose powers and duties
shall be specified in the By Laws of
said Association.

Fourth

The first meeting of the Association
for the choice of Officers, adopting
By Laws, and completing the organiza-
tion, shall be held at the vestry of the
First-Congregational Church Wednesday
Sept, 15^th 1897 at 7-30. P.M.
