Be it remembered that on that on the
tenth day of July in the thirty Sixth year
of the Independence of the united States
of America, Isaac Clark of the Said
District hath deposited [inserted]in this office[/inserted] the title of a
book the right whereof he claims as author
in the following words, to wit.

Clarks Miscellany in prose & verse

In conformity to the act of [inserted]the[/inserted] Congress of the
united States entitled an act for the encou-
ragement of learning by Securing the Copies
of maps, charts, & Books, to the Authors and
proprietors of such Copies during the
term therein mentioned, adn also to an act
entitled to an Act Supplementary to an Act
entitled an act for the encouragement
of learning by Securing the copies of maps
charts and books to the authors & proprie-
tors of such copies during the time therein
mentioned, and extending the benefits through
to the acts of designing engraving and
etching historical and other prints
