Went to the skating carnival
in the evening. Great crowd
there.

TUESDAY, 28
Cold day. Hard work in
office. John Bell & Spicer out
in evening about G.T.R. accident
& Mrs Scanlan. Letter from
Mack Wilson.

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 1.
Fine day. Letter from Alick.
Worked in office all day till
late. Drove the Gov. to Scanlans
morning & evening.

Raining during the day.

FRIDAY, 3.
Frost last night. Mr Pease
& Mr Sills (both N.Y.) out to supper.

SATURDAY, 4
Very stormy with heavy fall of
snow in the morning. Splendid
sleighing.Drove out to Clippertons in
afternoon & served the two sons with
Bills. Had a livery rig. Drove in twice
after dinner, once for Mr Dunn & at
about 11 for Indian letters. Fanny's child a girl
