SUN 22 Washington’s Birthday (U. S.) had trained nurse Sat. & today for Hugh.

MON 23 Hugh better. Donald went to school. I went downtown.

TUES 24 Mary Ellan & I went down to the A. & P. Bright sunny day

WED 25 Mrs. McIlwraith came over & took Tooshia for a walk.

THUR 26 I went to library Harold went to Kingston. Mrs. Creighton came over in evening.

FRI 27 H. & I went to ARts Club = at home "with McIlwraiths. lovely time.

SAT 28 Mrs. Kemp came to see baby.

March, 1931

SUN 1 took children to S.S. Harold went to Chapleau.

MON 2 lunch at Mrs. Creighton's. Mrs. Irving & Mrs. MacInnes there. very nice time.

TUES 3 Went to Home & School club with Mrs. Werry.

WED 4

THUR 5 Took Mary Ellan to Dr. Hill's.

FRI 6 Mrs. McIlwraith & I took a walk. [next two lines crossed out] I went to Linnell's in evening.

SAT 7 Took M.E. to opticians. Hugh's cold better. My story in Star Weekly

SUN 8 Very deep snow. snowing hard all day. H. & I went to Bladers to tea.

THU 12 Went to big tea at Mrs. Parks's. H. lecturing in Thorold.

FRI 13 H. came back. Donald came first in his class.

SUN 15 Creightons & Brady came to supper. very nice time.

MON 16 went to bank with Mary Ellan.

TUES 17 St. Patrick's Day went to club at Mrs Duff's. read "Green Pastures".

WED 18

THUR 19 H. gone to Port Colborne. I went to branch library glorious sunshine.

FRI 20

SAT 21 Mary Ellan & I went to A. & P.

SUN 22 went for walk at night

MON 23 I went to cooking school at Consumer's Gas. Lesson on desserts.

TUES 24 took Hugh out a few minutes.

WED 25 raining. M.E. playing dolls.

THUR 26 Mrs. Creighton & I Women's Arts club meeting. Miss Biss spoke on peace.

FRI 27 went downtown & got a spring hat.

SAT 28 raining hard. Donald & II went to Royal York to hear film talk on Sea Hawk. splendid
