To the Governer of the State of Utah
Dear Sir I am in a position
to know the feelings of the Workers in
the West in regards to the Judical
Murder of [strikethrough] Jo Hilquist [/strikethrough] Joseph Heilstrom
which is set October the first. The workers
myself among them think he was unjustly
sentenced and that it would be very bad
policy for the State of Utah to carry
the execution into effect while there is
so many of this Friends foot loose and
hable to visit Utah at any time
