Salt Lake City, Utah.
Honored Sir:
As a lover of fair-play and equal justice to all,
I wish to enter my protest again the execution of Joe Hill,
who has been sentenced to be shot on Oct. 1st, by a puja-
diced court influenced by riotous public sentiment, created
by capital controlled press.

Joe Hill's case is in the same status as Leo Frank
who was murdred by Georgia mob. In his case a
merciful and just Governor intenceded to the best of his
power - are you going to shut your eyes and let
this man die, whose death benefits not one, but strikes
horror into the hearts of workers struggling for a few more
cents to live on, and thus forcing them to submit to
practical slavery. Give Joe Hill, at the very least, a
fair trial with an unpudjudiced court. Respectfully yours
