Did a bit on "Virtue" and in evening went to French Class. Dull damp day.

Went to Minerva Café at 2 o'clock. On finishing work at 7 went to dine with Miss Champion & her friend Miss Athorpe.

Cooked at Minerva. In evening attended French & walked home to get warm. Miss Champion & Miss Athorp came in to lunch

Waited at Minerva. Top day to date £3-14-0. Got home earlier via excursions in book stores on Charing Cross Rd. Nell & Kath came in evening.

Bleak damp day. Waited at Minerva. Miss Hodge came up to say a word to me. We got away at 6 sharp. I got home but too tired to do much. Noted 7 swans on incoming tide - 3 very dirty & bedraggled.
