Bro Chas called after tea W & I brought down some saw dust from the Mill & some horse feed & flour. Charley expects to commence attending lectures again at the University of Maryland "(Medical Department) today hoping to graduate in the coming spring. 46 Clear W OCTOBER, TUESDAY4^th 1887. "Nelly" left in the stage for Laurel & Washington taking with her all of her trunks etc. I walked with the children over into the "Meeing house woods" looking for nuts for the squirrel. Charles Bond brought one of their "Bone Mill hands" to me. (Benjamin Tucker) to have his right hand dressed it having been caught in the "Stanyos" & badly injured.
