I drove ot Dan Budd's
& prescribed for his son
George & called to see
& prescribe for "Nelly" at
Ashton. Charley going
with me. Still cloudy
& threatning rain.
the roads are muddy
& deep off the turnpike
Cleared off after sundown
Dora & Willie walked
down to see Nelly after
supper.

I drove over to Danl:
Budd's & prescribed again
for his son George. Afternoon
Emma Roddy was here and
had a tooth extracted.
Charley & Willie cleaned
out the wood house and
piled the wood into it.
I walked down to Sherwood
School house to see a
game of base ball, taking
