JUNE TUESDAY 21^st 1887.

Willie came home last
night about 11.35 the dance
at Highland been a failure
Charley staid all night at
Jenning Jacksons & came home
early this morning Willie
went in the carriage to Homewood
& brought aunt Elma
Paxson home with him to
make us a visit Charley went
to P.T Stablers to fix his
"binder". I drove over to
Elijah Leizear's before dinner
Willie going with me

JUNE, WEDNESDAY 22^d 1887.

Charley & Willie came
home about 1.30 a.m. from
the dance at Brighton
Elijah Leizear was here to
see me before breakfast.
Rachael Powell here to have
tooth extracted. Elvira
Hill was here for advice
etc. Afternoon I drove down
to Ashton after bringing the
buggy home from T Marlow's
shop where I had the tires of
the hind wheels "cut." Charley
& - Hentorn went over to
"Harewood" to adjust a "binder"
and afterwards He & Willie
worked again (as they had done
in the morning) at planting
potatoes in the lot next door.
It rained several times in
the afternoon and quite a
rainstorm commenced about
suppertime & continued
