Dalyell married, one of
the Daughters of the
Bishop of Barbados when
we were quartered there
Dalyell was then senior
Major. Collingwood was
senior Captain for 10 years
John Ramsay & Col.
Dalyell commanded
between them 25 years
and we did not want
them to go it was
a happy Regt.
