Annexed is a Copy of an order I --
have received from the Commrs of Her Majesty's
Customs -- appointing one Receiver of Wreck for the
district therein named, -- of which I beg to apprize
you. -- And with reference to the 445 sec of
M. S. Act 1854, -- & the Instructions conveyed with
[Y.?] O. 106/1855, - I will thank you to notify the same
to the respective Lieutenants of Nations within your
district with directions to communicate with
me in all matters relating thereto ---
