yesterday the house of peers
took into consideracion the peticion of the Ld
Mohun complaining that Mrs Mumfort
had brought an Appeall of Murther
against him desiring their Ldshipps Opi-
nions in the Case and after 3 hours de-
bate thereon it not appearing that
Mrs Mumfort had brought any such Appeal
their Ldshipps dismissed the said peticion

The Councell was extraordinarily

Consent deferred till Munday.
