of this Board that a change be made as to the
matron of the Ladies Hall of the O.U which motion
was duly seconded and adopted by the Board.

of equipment for the Various departments for the ensuing
year be referred to the Finance Committee with full
power and authority to act, which motion was
duly seconded and adopted by the Board.

Consideration and approval of the Treasurers bond
be referred to CC Davidson L.J Fenton and
F.C. Whiley, the auditing Committee of the Ohio
University , with full power and authority to act,
which motion was duly seconded and adopted.

Frame as principal, and H. H Wickham. D.H. Moore
S N. Hobson and Henry O' Bleness as sureties are held

the Ohio University , a corporation under the laws
of Ohio, in the sum of Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30.000 00)
