Upon motion of Judge Welch the Supplementary Report was
referred to a Committee of three to be appointed by the
chair. Messrs Horton Woodbridge and Wilson were appointed
as such Committee
Judge Welch on behalf of the Committee to which was referred
the report of the Auditor, reported verbally to the Board
that the Committee approved of the Auditors report and
found the same correct, which report was upon motion
of Mr Wilson recieved and adopted
Mr E.H. Moore presented his report as treasurer for
the past year, which is as follows

On motion of Mr Wilson the treasurers report was referred
to a committee of three to be appointed by the Chair
The Chair appointed Mr Bundy, Judge Johnson and
Mr Boyce the Committee
The President then stated verbally to the Board that it

but that in order to meet the work now imposed
