which motion was carried and Mr Hancock, Mr Boyce
and Judge Johnson was appointed such committee
Whose motion that committee was authorized, that so far
as the reorganization of the Faculty was concerned, to
act for the ensuing year and to be at liberty to report
during the year or at its close as the committee
might deem fit
