The Monthly Meeting of the Board of Trustees
was held as notified on Wednesday, January
12. 1887. at 2:30 o'clock P.M.

Present. The President, and Messrs. Whitney, Rice,
Eaton, Browne, Hodges, Wolcott, Sears, Clapp, Jones
and Choate.

The records of the meetings of November 10. and
December 8. were read and approved.

Annual Reports: President
The President presented and read the Annual
Report ²⁶⁴ to the Proprietors, and it was voted: _
that the Annual Report, as read, be approved
and adopted as the Report of the Trustees to the
Proprietors, and that it be printed and distributed
to the Proprietors.
