and distributed to the Proprietors.

Disclaimer, Theresa W. Dubuc
Voted. That the Treasurer be authorized to sign
a certain disclaimer made by Theresa W. Dubuc to
Emily A. Ball, relating to the projection of a portion
of a portico over the line of an estate owned by
said Emily A. Ball, on Newbury Street, Boston;
the Corporation being assigned of a mortgage upon
the estate of said Theresa W. Dubuc upon which
said portico is built.

Monthly Bills
The President reported that he had examined
and approved the Schedule of Monthly Bills
of December 8. 1886, for $3,534.28, and that the
same had been thereupon paid by the Treasurer,
The Schedule of January 12. 1887, showing a
total of $6,223.42, was presented and it was
Voted. That upon approval by the President,
payment be made thereof by the Treasurer.

Representative Lot #4681
√ Voted. That Annie M. Phelps, of Boston, a
daughter of the late Proprietor, be designated
as Representative of Lot #4681.

Sales of Land
The Secretary presented Statements ^267.268of Sales
of Land from November 10 1886 to Jan. 12. 1887.

Contracts Perpetual Care.
The Committee on Lots recommended Contracts
for perpetual care as follows:
