Stone Farm Offer.
The President read a letter 262. from Joshua C
Stone, offering his land adjoining the Ceme-
tery for $24,000, and also referred to a previous
offer from the same person, .
No action was taken thereon

Thomas Gray Lot Petition-
A petition263 was presented from Mrs. Alice G.
Almy, asking that Lot No. 670, formerly
owned by her father, Thomas Gray, deceased,
might be placed in her name as trustee,
and a protest against any transfer of
said Lot signed by Mrs. Henry and her
mother, Mary S. Gray was also presented.
Both were ordered to be placed on file.

Roland Litchfield Lot Contract
A proposition was received from the Executor
of the estate of the late Roland Litchfield
to pay a sum sufficient to brick up all
interments already made in the single cham-
ber tomb on the lot owned by deceased, #2443.
and to seal up in the same manner all
subsequent interments, such since being addition-
al to that named in the contract approved
by the Board,.

Voted, that the Committee on Lots be authorized to
make such a contract as they should deem proper
in the premises.
