At a meeting of the Vestry of St John's
Church held at the Parsonage there were
present the Rev D Howard A Y Stokes
John F Glenn Thos Potts Chas Johnston
John Viles W Y Yarbrough + John Knox.
On motion Mr Fountain having left
the parish and vacated his appointment
as Vestryman Dr John Dove was elected
to fill his place.
The meeting was called to receive
the report of Messrs Glenn + Potts who
were appointed a committee in May
last to examine the Treasurers Books
the substance of which was as
