I dont read German very well but i believe for the top recipe "Bleche tum" is supposed to be "Bleche zum" based on the google translate and "gerchnittene" should be "gerschnittene" and "Darübergipen" is "Darübergeben". my translation could also be off due to my lack of german. these words could have also been different when the document itself was written and google translate isn't known for it's relabilty
