Mother| Butter Scotch Cookies
2 cups Brown Sugar
1 scant cups butter & lard
2 eggs
1 cup milk
4 cups flour
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tablespoons flour
Mix well together in
the evening & bake in
the morning.
