Cherry Fluff Esther Wier
2 c seeded sour cherries
1 tbs cornstarch (Boil)
3/4 c sugar
1 c water
Beat 1 egg white and spread on
top of above mixture. Then boil
the following and pour over egg white.
4 tsp. sugar
yolk of 1 egg
vanilla
1 tsp cornstarch
1 c milk
Pinch salt.

Waffles (Bisquick)
2 c. Bisquick
2 eggs
1 1/2 c milk
2 to 4 tbs melted
butter
Beat all ingredients with
rotary egg beater until well
blended. 6 to 8 waffles.
