Chipped Beef with noodles
Put chipped beef, chopped green
pepper and butter in pan.
Brown meat, then add flour
and milk to make sauce.
Add left-over cooked egg noodles

Pot Pie Dough or
Noodle Dough (Aunt Lill)
a good 3/4 cup flour, little
salt, drop in 1 egg and a
little water as needed. Roll thin

Aunt Lill's Pop-overs

1 scant pint milk
1 tsp. soda
1 eggs
pinch salt
Flour to make stiff enough to
fry in hot lard. Split and
eat with apple butter or
apple sauce.
