nearly as possible the program which
was mapped out by the state chairman
would be followed. The Red Cross
chairman asked that clothes not
needed at home be sent for use
of needy children. The membership
chairman urged the parents to
join the association, and stated
that in order to have a superior
association, 50% of the parents
should be members.

The program chairman, Mrs.
Ingram, then presented Miss
Elizabeth Munroe who delighted
the audience with a vocal
selection. Following that, she
introduced Mr. T. Wingate
