The Garden Club met at the
home of Mrs. J. E. Cox, June 15,
with thirteen members present.

A discussion took place
about desirability of entertain-
ing the Garden Club of N. C. in
the fall instead of the near
future. The secretary was in-
structed to write Miss Maslin
saying that we thought Oct.
would be a more desirable time
but if she thought better to have
it soon we could arrange it.

Mrs A. S. Parker and Miss
Effie Cox [inserted: W. C. Idol] were appointed
to nominate officers for
next year.
