On Thursday June 10, the
Garden Club made a visit
to Winston-Salem, following
a carefully planned itin-
erary arranged by our com-
mittee.

A number of most charm-
ing gardens were visited, in-
cluding Miss Bessie Pfohls'
garden, reproducing that of
Count Zinzindorf. Mrs. Will
Reynolds, Mrs. Galloway's Ital-
ian Garden and the wonder-
ful gardens of Mrs. Will [Haynes or Hanes],
Mrs. B. F. Huntley. Then at
Mrs. Alex Hanes we were
much refreshed by a rest
