CITY ENGINEER, FORT WORTH.

FORT WORTH, TEXAS, Dec. 18th 1905

Hon. The Mayor and City Council,
City.

Gentlemen:-

We, your Committee on Sts. & Alley, to whom was referred the attached
petition and Blue Print of W. I. Keeling, et al, asking that the 30 ft.
St. Lying to the North of Block 25 &c Edwards Heirs Addn., be at once
opened and graded by the City, have the honor to report:

That the City Atty. be instructed to at once take such steps as
to require any person obstructing said street to remove such obstruc-
tion, thus leaving the street open for such improvement as may be agreed upon
by the City Council and interested property owners.

The Street at present is in simply prairie condition, and its improve-
ment should be a matter of mutual agreement, after the City's rights
have been insisted upon, as above.

Respectfully,

Waggoman,
Ward,
Zurn.

Committee.
