The State of Texas, County ofTarrant

TO THE HONORABLE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH TEXAS.

Your petitioner, L.C. Burgess, would most respectfully repress That he is now the owner of Lot 10 in L.H. Stephens' Addition to said city and that here-to-fore to wit on the 14th day of March A.D. 1907 the city of Fort Worth, in cause No 17587, styled the city of Fort Worth vs E.J Palmer et. al. recovered a judgment for the sum of $92.60, interest, cost andtaxes and foreclosing a lien upon said above described property in said city county and state and that said judgment, interest and cost have been paid in full as shown by the receipts and certificates hereto annexed and marked exhibits "A" & "B" respectively and made a part hereof, and that said judgment of foreclosure constitutes a cloud upon the title of applicant.

Wherefore premises considered petitioner prays that your honors authorize his honor the Honorable W.D. Harris Mayor of said city and the Hon. John T. Montgomery City secretary to make, execute acknowledge and deliver the annexed release of said judgment and attach to same the seal of said city by a proper ordinance.
